Jet Ice – for a professional result!
Jet Ice is a Canadian product that’s been used in Canada and USA for over 30 years. The product is mixed w/ water and colors the ice white or other colors. Advertising and line markings can also be painted w/ Jet Ice paint. Jet Ice is official suppliers to NHL. You will have the following benefits from using Jet Ice:
- An absolutely white and stainless surface; the underlying floor is not visible through the ice. The layer of Jet Ice paint is placed in the ice about 5 m/m over the floor and last for the entire season.
- Jet Ice reflects the flood-lights of the building, and thus saves energy in several ways:
- Increased reflection of lights results in a brighter ice rink (throwback).
- Increased reflection isolates the ice – less absorption of heat – the ice surface thus requires less energy to stay cool.
- Without any paint on the floor the cooling system operates more efficiently, no temperature boundary.
- The ice adheres better to un-painted floor surfaces than painted ones.
Jet Ice is an environmental friendly product made on mineral basis. In Norway approximately 75% of all ice rinks use Jet Ice. Users who have tried alternative products has quickly returned to us within a short period of time. We offer:
